Whether or not you personally describe yourself as believing in Christianity there is wisdom information that can be considered whatever your own personal spiritual beliefs. For example in Galatians 5:14-15 it states, “The entire law is summed up in a single command: Love your neighbor as yourself. If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.” And in Galatians 5:22 it states “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness and self-control …..”. In Proverbs 15:1 it states “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” Our relationships and our world in general would be in a lot better shape if people (regardless of their differences in religion or spiritual practices) carried out these principles. Although, I personally ascribe to the Christian Faith and have found it to be personally life changing, I believe that each of the major world religions have wisdom in their teachings that would be valuable to each of us. Wherever possible, when I work with people I try to include their own spiritual beliefs in assisting people to find healing and direction in their lives and in their relationships with others. http://emapdrschulz.com
