A 24-Hour Challenge

A 24 Hour Challenge

Here is a 24-hour challenge and a tip to improve our relationships and the world around us in general. Go for a full 24 hours with the conscious intent of only saying something or thinking something positive.  Even when you have a conflict with someone or with a certain group of people make a purposeful decision to discuss that issue or concern without an attitude of correcting, judging, or criticizing someone else.  This includes in your unspoken thoughts and also what you say or do to another in your behaviors and tone of voice.  There is a way to communicate, even when having a conflict, that does not promote division, reactiveness or defensiveness from others.  How would this improve relationships in general?  How would this improve the world in general?  With practice it actually is possible to achieve this 24-hour goal and each day to continue to improve in this regard. http://emapdrschulz.com
