Go for it!

Are you telling yourself it would help me to do (you fill in your own something that if you did it would be a small step toward changing some aspect in your life over a period of time as you continued to do it). The dilemma is that we can sabotage ourselves by telling ourselves I just don’t have time for it.  Commit to do something that will improve something in your life today.  Whatever that you would choose to do in this regard set aside a bit of time to do it whether or not it is only a few minutes each day or it is a longer time commitment.  Here are a few suggestions:  exercise, prayer, meditation, reading something from an enriching positive book, or spending some time working on a project that you are desiring to complete that if done would be a step toward having something better happen in your future. http://emapdrschulz.com
