Sometimes people within the Christian Community do not provide enough resources to help Husbands and Wives to build and maintain a healthy sexuality within their marriages. Churches address the dangers of people becoming involved in using pornography and having sex outside of marriage; however, what are the resources that we provide couples as they prepare for marriage wishing to build a healthy Biblically centered approach toward sexuality and couples who are married and struggling with physical intimacy. A book that I have referred couples to for many years is a book by Clifford & Joyce Penner The Gift of Sex – A Guide to Sexual Fulfillment. The book is available through Thomas Nelson Publishers (I try to order directly from the publisher instead of Amazon to give my money to an organization that is more likely to promote Christian values).
